This is an important notice from Aqua sent on November 2nd, 2023. Please note, only previously notified customers on Tournament Drive South, Red Tail Drive, Somerset Hills Court and within Hawthorn Woods Country Club north of Schwerman Drive are affected. This is not a system-wide notice.
On the morning of November 2nd, Aqua Illinois lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the affected area. All customers can resume normal water use at this time.
If you notice any discoloration in your cold water, you may flush the plumbing in your home by running a cold water faucet until it runs clear. For residents with water filtration systems, we recommend you follow all manufacturer instructions to complete a full flush of your plumbing.
