Enter your PIN# or address. Review the property characteristics, picture of the property (if available) and sketch. If you find any errors on your property then contact our office and we can work on getting them corrected for you.
Assessment Comparables
Click on: Select Comparable Properties to Determine Assessment Equity at bottom of page
- Select show Sales within the same Neighborhood or within a specified Distance
- Select up to 5 comparables or enter PIN#’s
- Click on View Comparable Report to generate the Comparable Assessment grid
- Save the final grid as a pdf for upload to the Lake County SmartFile EFiling system
Recent Sales Comparables
Click on: Select Comparable Properties By Recent Sales at bottom of page
- Select show Properties within the same Neighborhood or within a specified Distance
- Select up to 5 comparables or enter PIN#’s
- Click on View Comparable Report to generate the Comparable Assessment grid
- Save the final grid as a pdf for upload to the Lake County SmartFile EFiling system
