Community Meeting: Lake Zurich Transition to Lake Michigan Water

A Conversation with the Community on Monday Evening

Please join Village of Lake urich Officials at the Ela Area Public Library this coming Monday, September 23, 2024, starting at 6 pm for a conversation with the community on Lake Zurich’s ongoing transition to a Lake Michigan public water supply.

Everyone is invited to join Village officials as they explain why Lake Zurich is transitioning to Lake Michigan water after many years of detailed analysis and why this is a project that will benefit the entire community for generations.

The Village will discuss the implementation timeline and planned funding of this project, projected to cost about $154 million, making this the most expensive infrastructure project in Lake Zurich history.
