If you are an Ela Township resident in need of medical equipment, we can help! The Ela Township Health & Wellness department has a medical lending closet full of gently used medical equipment and various handicapped aids. Items include, but are not limited to, wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, crutches, canes, commodes, toilet seat risers, and much more. All items are available to rent free of charge to Ela Township residents. Equipment is sanitized before and after each use. The Medical Lending Closet has some specialty items such as bariatric wheelchairs and commodes. Please call ahead to ensure the needed item is available before stopping by.
