Culverts

If you see leaves around your culverts or catch basins, take a minute to rake them away. The few minutes you take to do this may stop your yard from flooding. The highway department is happy to jet your driveway culverts if they become plugged with dirt or ice. However, replacement of driveway culverts is the homeowner’s responsibility.
