Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse

The Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse is a community based organization dedicated to reducing underage drinking and substance use within our community. We gather and use local data to identify prevention priorities and develop prevention initiative specific to our youth.
